The Carver Styled-to-Fit® and Specialty pontoon boat covers include a ¼” strong & durable shock cord in the hem.

Providing support for your pontoon boat cover is extremely important to prevent water from pooling, this is why we offer and highly recommend the use of the following support pole options to provide excellent support and extend the life of your pontoon boat cover.

We recommend using a minimum of (3) #60002 Vented Support Poles OR (2) #60008 Y-Strap Support Systems (sold separately) to properly support your pontoon boat cover.

If the boat will be stored in the water, please check out our Pontoon Mooring Kit #61015 , which combines added breathability AND secures the cover to your boat while in the water! The Pontoon Mooring Kit includes (3) Vented Support Poles and (2) Sand Bag Mooring Kits of 4 bags per kit).

Pontoons with Bimini Top and Rails that Fully Enclose Deck

A separate outboard motor cover is included in each package. Pontoon covers will accommodate large 4-bow bimini tops when folded and stored. Note: Top must be stored without the use of the trailering strut.

Deck Leaving 1′-3′ of Open Deck Forward of the Front Gate

A separate outboard motor cover is included in each package. Pontoon covers will accommodate large 4-bow bimini tops when folded and stored. Note: Top must be stored without the use of the trailering strut.

Cover is designed to cover transom-mounted motor, standard ski pylon* and bimini top stored lying flat. If motor is mounted on a bracket, a separate outboard motor cover may be ordered (see our accessories page). Cover is designed for storage only. *Note that if pontoon boat is equipped with a ski tow bar, please call us for your pontoon cover application.
